Harmony Health and Mental Wellness does offer in-person and virtual sessions. The initial visit for Buprenorphine treatment must be in-person.

Prescription of controlled substances, including stimulants, benzodiazepines, and Suboxone will require a signed consent by the client acknowledging that the controlled substances will not be filled early and will not be refilled if the client Is not reasonably compliant with appointments. Clients must acknowledge that they will not change their medication dosage without speaking with the prescriber. The client will not share medication with other individuals. Any aggressive or inappropriate behavior, noncompliance with appointments, or staff harassment regarding substances will result in a one-time prescription refill or taper and discharge from our care. The patient will be provided with referral resources if discharged from our care. The client acknowledges that random urine drug screens may be conducted to monitor the presence of prescribed and illicit substances.
